Why a yoga class? Yoga is a means that allows us to improve the quality of our life. Indeed, yoga re-establishes physical, psychological and psychic balance by means of asanas (positions), pranayama (consciousness and breath control), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and yoga nidra (the deep relaxation on a physical, mental and emotional level).

Manuela Bonò has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is enrolled in the National Yoga Teachers Association. Qualified as a teacher at the Yoga Institute of Carlo Patrian and graduated from ISYCO (Institute for Yoga Studies and Oriental Culture), she also graduated from AFY (Yoga Training Association). Maria Tosi’s student, she follows in particular the teachings of Antonio Nuzzo and Willy Van Lysebeth and has also attended in-depth seminars with other masters. She practiced Vipassana meditation in residential courses and retreats held by the International Meditation Center.
