The thirty-seven practices of the Bodhisattva
The thirty-seven practices of the Bodhisattva is a verse text composed in the thirteenth century by Gyeltse Togme Sangpo and illustrates how to integrate all aspects of the Buddhist path into one’s life and make them an effective altruistic practice, which leads to enlightenment for the benefit of the beings.
(this course started last year and registrations are available)
This text was composed by Pandit Nagarjuna and contains an explanation of the nature of emptiness of phenomena, refuting the position of other schools and showing the authentic meaning, then moving on to meditation on Bodhicitta, the mind that aspires to the enlightenment for the good of beings .
